Custom Orders Policy

1. Custom & Personalized Orders

Custom, personalized, or made-to-order items are created specifically for you.

Because of this:

• All custom orders are final sale
• No cancellations once production has begun
• No returns or refunds unless item arrives damaged or defective

Please review all spelling, sizing, colors, and design details carefully before submitting your order.

We are not responsible for errors approved at checkout.

2. Design Approval

If your custom order requires proof approval:

• Production will not begin until approval is received
• Delays in approval may delay shipping timelines

Once design approval is confirmed, changes cannot be made.

3. Production Timeline

Custom orders may require additional processing time beyond standard orders.

Estimated production timelines will be communicated at time of order.

4. Damaged or Defective Custom Items

If your custom item arrives damaged or defective:

• Contact us within 7 days of delivery
• Include photos and order number
• We will review and determine replacement eligibility

We reserve the right to offer a replacement rather than a refund for verified production defects.

5. Intellectual Property

By submitting custom artwork, logos, or designs, you confirm that you have the legal right to use that content.

We are not responsible for copyright or trademark violations submitted by customers.​​
